Adding to his long list of extracurricular activities, Chef John Folse is now in the “Swine Business.” Three little pigs arrived at White Oak Plantation from Texas and are being fattened up as the “guests of honor” for the First-annual R’evolutionary Boucherie Feast at Restaurant R’evolution in New Orleans on Sunday, February 24th from 6 – 9 p.m. Enjoy the evening tasting the “spoils of the boucherie.”
