Prep Time: 30 Minutes
Yields: 25–30 Crackers

2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
2½ tsps baking powder
½ cup butter
½ cup milk

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Using a pastry cutter, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Add milk and egg then mix to form a dough. Knead thoroughly and roll out to ⅛-inch thick. Cut into 2-inch squares and place on prepared cookie sheet. Prick each dough square with a fork. Bake 10–12 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy with your favorite soup!
