This method is so simple we tend to forget about it, but if you want sweet juicy corn in a hurry, this one’s for you.
Ingredients:
2 ears fresh corn, husked and cleaned
2 tbsps butter
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Butter corn and place in a zip-lock bag. Close bag three-quarters of the way. Place two paper towels under bag and microwave on high 2½ minutes per ear. If desired you may substitute butter with 2 tbsps water per ear. Use caution as bag will get very hot. Season with salt and pepper.
