Roasted Corn on the Cob

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 6 Servings

Comment:
This is a great way to prepare corn when you are grilling steaks, hamburgers or hot dogs as you can cook the corn right on the side.

Ingredients:
6 ears fresh corn in husks
½ stick butter
salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Remove outer husks from corn. Gently peel back inner husks and remove silks. Replace inner husks. Grill over medium heat, turning often. Continue cooking about 15 minutes. Husks will turn brown but corn will be delicious. Remove husks and serve hot with butter, salt and pepper.
