Guided tours of the Chef John Folse & Company Manufacturing facility are available on Fridays between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., by appointment only. Because of space limitations, groups of no more than 20 individuals are allowed to tour the facility. The tour lasts approximately 30 minutes and is followed by a product tasting in the facility conference room. For your safety, proper clothing is required including long pants (no shorts) and closed, rubber-soled shoes. (No opened-toe shoes allowed.)
Because of stringent USDA regulations regarding manufacturing practices, Chef John Folse & Company reserves the right to cancel a tour with 24-hours notice. However, every effort will be made to honor the scheduled tour. Changes in production schedules will dictate tour availability.
