As owner and executive chef of Chef John Folse & Company, he assumes a very active role in the cheesemaking process of his lastest venture, Bittersweet Plantation Dairy.

The Dimovs came from Bulgaria in the summer of 2003 to join Bittersweet Plantation Dairy. This husband and wife team bring over 31 years of experience from the top European dairies.

Dairy / DSD - Sales & Customer Service

Before joining Chef John Folse & Company, Renee acquired several years of combined retail and customer service experience. In August 2007, Renee became BitterSweet Plantation Dairy’s Sales Representative. In addition to her regular job duties, she is also an assistant to the Retail Sales division for Chef John Folse & Company.
