Culinary Garden Seminars, 2008
Join Chef John Folse, herbalist Sarah Liberta, horticulturist Ed Norred and occasional guest speakers for a series of culinary adventures in the kitchen gardens of Folse's White Oak Plantation in Baton Rouge. We will explore favorite herbs for Cajun and Creole cuisine, what to plant where and when, how to maintain the garden with benign neglect and when to harvest for maximum aromatic and culinary pleasure.

The Order of the Good Time, 2008
You have a standing invitation to attend a special dining experience on the third Tuesday of every month.  The evening begins with cocktails at 6:30 followed by dinner service at 7:00 on the White Oak Plantation premises in Baton Rouge.  This four-course meal will be paired with exceptional wines for just $50 per person, plus 9% tax and 18% gratuity.

White Oak Plantation opens to the public to celebrate Easter, Mother's Day, and Thanksgiving with dining featuring traditional favorites and popular dishes from our Louisiana heritage.

A complete menu will be posted approximately one month prior to the date of festivities. However, we encourage you to make reservations now, as seating is limited and demand is high.
