Chef John Folse's White Oak Plantation hosted
the Baton Rouge Symphony on Sunday, April 30th, 2006
The first outdoor event featured our newly designed dining area on the lake
with a seated Austrian dinner amidst White Oak Plantation's glorious gardens
the event celebrated the 250th Anniversary of Mozart’s birth
with music from the master himself performed by the Symphony
and dishes inspired by his birthplace.
