Hot Ideas for Cooling Down with Mints

Cilantro Mint Dipping Sauce

Comment: This spicy sweet sauce needs to be prepared two days ahead of time for best flavor. Serve with fresh Vietnamese spring rolls.

Ingredients:
½ cup fresh minced mint
1 cup orange juice
½ cup fresh minced cilantro
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup lemon juice
2 tbsps sweet chili sauce
1 cup lime juice
¼ cup fish sauce

Method:
Combine all ingredients together, mixing well. Let sit at least two days to let flavors blend. When ready to use, strain through a fine sieve and serve.
