Chocolate and Louisiana strawberries, need we say more?
1 pound whole Louisiana strawberries, washed and dried
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
3 ounces white chocolate, chopped
In two double boilers, melt chocolates separately over 1 inch of water. Bring to a low simmer, stirring constantly until chocolates are melted and smooth. Grasping strawberries by stems, dip one at a time into semisweet chocolate, allowing a small portion of stem to remain uncoated. Remove and place berries on foil-lined plate. Dip a fork into white chocolate and drizzle over dipped strawberries. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until chocolate sets.
