Now you can make a delicious chicken sandwich
at home! The honey mustard marinade gives this chicken sandwich
a boost of flavor.
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- ¼ teaspoon grated ginger
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 teaspoons Creole mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken
and blend well. Pour mixture in a plastic zipper bag. Add chicken
breasts, turning to coat all sides. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes,
but flavor is enhanced with longer marinating time. Lightly grease
grill rack. Remove chicken from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
Grill chicken on medium heat until done, turning occasionally. Serve
on bread with lettuce and tomatoes.
