| COMMENT:Former LSU football star, Lyman White owned his own restaurant and 
              was known for his wings. Lyman has now passed his delicious wing 
              recipe on to me.
 INGREDIENTS: 
              1 dozen chicken wingsoil for deep frying1/2 tsp season salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp Zatarain's Creole Seasoning1/2 stick of margarine, melted2 cups of Louisiana Hot Sauce METHOD:Heat oil in Fry Daddy to 350 degrees. Season chicken with salt, 
              black pepper, garlic powder and Zatarain's Creole Seasoning. Put 
              chicken in oil and let fry for 12-15 minutes. In a separate bowl, 
              mix margarine and Louisiana Hot Sauce. Take chicken out of oil and 
              put into the hot sauce bowl and mix thoroughly.
