| Comment:These Citrus Honey Bars are perfect for back-to-school time. Give 
              your children a special treat in their lunchboxes or reward them 
              with an after-school snack. If you do not have honey, feel free 
              to substitute 1 cup sugar.
 Ingredients for Crust: 
              1¾ cups flour2/3 cup powdered sugar¼ cup cornstarch¾ tsp salt12 tbsps softened unsalted butter (1½ sticks) cut into 
                1-inch pieces
 Method for Crust:Lightly grease a 13” x 9” baking dish and line with 
              parchment or wax paper allowing edges to come over sides. In a food 
              processor combine dry ingredients. Mix on low speed 15 seconds. 
              Add butter and blend 10 seconds, and then pulse until mixture resembles 
              coarse meal. Sprinkle mixture into lined pan and press firmly into 
              an even layer with slightly-raised sides to hold filing. Refrigerate 
              30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 20 minutes or until 
              light brown. Remove crust from oven and reduce temperature to 325°F.
 Ingredients for Filling: 
              1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice, strained4 eggs, lightly beaten1/3 cup sugar3 tbsps flour3 tsps grated lemon zest3/4 cup honey1/4 cup milk1/8 tsp salt
 Method for Filling:While crust is baking, whisk eggs, sugar and flour in medium bowl. Blend in lemon juice, zest, honey, milk and salt. Pour mixture into pre-baked crust, return to oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is firm to touch. Transfer to wire rack and cool 1 hour. To cut, lift out of pan using sides of parchment paper. Fold paper down and cut into bars with a knife. Dust bars with powdered sugar and serve.
