WATERMELON SLUSH

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Yields: 2 Servings

Comment:
A great source of potassium and Vitamin C. For cancer patients, watermelon seems to be the most tolerated fruit. It’s light, cool, refreshing and goes down easy. It’s the perfect remedy for sore mouth or throat.

Ingredients:
1 cup of ice
3 cups watermelon chunks
2 tbsps honey

Method:
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
